Lantern Walk – Wednesday 29th October

Railway Gardens (top of Adeline Street next to the railway line) is a fabulous green community facility that is host to a multitude of community events, both free and paid for, mostly with a nature, environment, food, friendship and sustainability core.

On the evening of the 29th of October, they will be leading people on a lantern walk, followed by food, music and crafts. Now, if you haven’t got a lantern, or aren’t sure how to make one, don’t panic. They are putting on two lantern making workshops on Saturday 25th and Tuesday 28th October. Smashing pumpkins.

Attached to the lantern parade is a wonderful opportunity from Rubicon Dance in Adamsdown for young people to become involved through creative dance. Check out the poster below for more information.
