Traditional Shotokan Karate School comes to Splott in September

Learn karate from £4 a lesson as a new dojo opens in the Old Splott Library this September (first class is free!).

Classes will run on a Tuesday and every other Saturday.

Karate is known to help improve fitness, flexibility, self-confidence, reduce stress and teach you how to defend yourself.

Kokoro Shotokan Karate starts in Splott this autumn and training is suitable for men, women and children aged nine years and over. Children from six can train if a parent or guardian trains as well in the senior class.

Kokoro Tigers is a programme designed for children from 4/5 (school reception class) to 9 years old and is also on offer.
